*Scythe has been stored indoors at O’Donovans Boatyard, Oldcourt,Skibbereen,Co.Cork. http://www.oldcourtboats.ie/index.html  All works since have been carried out by the above boatyard.

*All recommendations of the Promara 2004 survey have been carried out.

*Scythe is currently being made ready for launch at the above boatyard.

* Bow roller removed and regalvanized.

*Stern gland removed and re-engineered.

* New engine mounts fitted, engine beds re-configured and strenghtened.

* New ‘Headmate’ 1460 marine toilet installed and base reewed.

* New Plastimo  Neptune 2000 stainless steel cooker installed.

* New  DSC VHF radio (ICOM IC M602),  EPIRB and Navtex installed.

* New shower discharge pump installed.

* All through-the-hull fittings checked.

* Rewired and New Electrics Control panel installed. New batteries.

*Hood ends fore and aft re-fastened with silocone bronze hardware.

* Mast and rigging re-checked after storage.

* New upholstery throughout yacht.

*All internal and external brightwork flattened and two coats varnish applied, to include mizen mast.
